Visit to the Public continued .....

Miranda Donovan's work included:  "In the mornings what do you say to yourself" which was a 3d piece of art made of acrylic, enamel, paper, wood and mixed media all on board.  It was a bathroom scene with sink bath and mirrow on one side with the words greed, sloth and want on what appeard to be headstones, with pictures of pigs.  "Pudding & Pie" another piece was a kitchen scene primarily kitchen units again covered in grafiti with images of two pigs.  

They were both 3d and like nothing I had ever seen before and I am inspired by these pieces. You look at the pieces and think "so what's this about" - you don't just glance and think oh nice and move on, they urge you to look and think.
